摘　　要： 西部工业一直处于内外结构双重失调状态。面对结构调整和国有经济的战略性重组任务 ,与农业结构转型有机地结合起来 ,开发区域内工业市场 ,是成本最低、市场绩效最好的选择。西部农业走可持续发展之路 ,既要解决区域内生态边缘化问题 ,又要解决延伸的生态边缘化问题。退出的农业人口和转型的农业生产体系均需要强有力的工业支撑。市场和生态的双重挑战 ,促使西部农业和工业在区域内市场开发中互依互动。从微观和宏观两个方面找准两者的结合部 ,加速西部经济的恢复和腾飞 。 The industry in the west of China has always been in the state of dual imbalance in both its inner and outer structures. Facing the task of structural adjustment and the strategic recombination of the state-owned economy,It may be the best choice with the lowest cost and the best market effect to. develop the industrial markets inside the region,uniting organicly with adjusting the agricultural structure, The sustained development of the west economy requires that we must settle the problems of both the regional and extended marginization of ecology. Both the agricultural population withdrawing from the land and the transformed system of agricultural production need powerful support of industry. The dual challenges of the market and ecology make the west agriculture and industry depend on and promote each other in the marketing development inside the region. We must try to find the joint of the two sides from macroscopic and microscopic aspects.It's possible to achieve perfect aim to accelerate the recovery and prosper of the west economy.
