摘 要: 针对医用内窥镜驱动系统 ,提出了一种通过电磁感应加热感应导体 ,再通过感应导体加热其周围石蜡的无导线热膨胀微型机械驱动器。石蜡在其熔点附近具有很大的膨胀系数 ,而且其熔点可以调节 ,试验所用石蜡膨胀系数可达到 15 % ,熔点在 37℃~ 39℃之间 ,适合在人体环境内使用。采用电磁感应加热 ,驱动器与驱动源之间无需导线连接 ,使驱动器的使用更加方便。通过对驱动器的位移输出性能试验发现 ,热膨胀驱动器具有很大的输出力 ,试验所用驱动器的内径为 3 .5mm ,其输出力可以达到 30N以上 ,其最大平均运动速度可以达到 0 .15 6mm/s。 Aiming at the actuation system of endoscope used in medical service,a kind of wireless thermal expansion mechanical microactuator was put forward.The microactuator is actuated by its surrounding paraffin heated by inductive conductor,which is being heated through electromagnetic induction.Paraffin has a large coefficient of expansion near by its melting point,and its melting point can be regulated easily.The expansion coefficient of paraffin used in the experiment may come up to 15% and with its melting point ranging from 37℃ to 39℃,which is suitable for use in the environment of human body.By adopting electromagnetic induction heating,there is no need to use wire connection between actuator and actuating source,thus the operation of actuator can be more convenient.It has been discovered through displacement output performance test of the actuator that the thermal expansion actuator possesses quite large outputting force.Inside diameter of the actuator used in the experiment is 3.5 mm,its outputting force can reach an extent over 30 N,its maximum average moving speed can attain to 0.156 mm/s.
