摘　　要： 以粤甜 3号等 4个超甜玉米品种和 2个亲本自交系为材料 ,建立了超甜玉米种子纯度和特异性鉴定的RAPD技术体系 ,筛选出 6个多态性引物。利用OPQ14和OPQ15两个引物 ,可以对这 6个材料进行有效的鉴别。 It was constructed that the systemic technologies of RAPD for the identification of seed purity and specificity of super sweet corn With the 4 super sweet corn varieties of Yuetian No 3,Yuetian No 2,Yuetian No 9,and Cupula and 2 inbreeding lines of S1132 and 1022, 6 polymorphism primers were selected with this system,and the OPQ14 and OPQ15 primers could be used successfully identifying the 6 super sweet corn varieties and lines
