摘　　要： 在贵州这样经济发展滞后的省份,要推进经济发展,实现新跨越,全面建设小康社会,最重要的、根本性的战略选择是加快人力资源向人才资本的转变。而现代远程开放教育在从人力资源向人才资本的转变中起着至关重要的作用。文章对现代远程开放教育在贵州农村人力资源开发中的潜力进行分析,为提高农村劳动力素质、开发农村人力资源谏言献策。 It is the most important and the most fundamental strategic choice to accelerate the transformation from human resources to human capital if we want to promote economic development,to achieve a new leap,and to build a moderately prosperous society in Guizhou,which lags far behind. Modern distance open education plays an important role in the transformation from the human resource to the human capital. Based on the potential analyses of modern distance education in Guizhou rural human resources development,the author of this thesis puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the rural human resources development and rural labor quality.
