摘　　要： 西部民族地区县域金融服务体系存在县域金融机构覆盖率较低、县域金融信用体系滞后、资金流出严重、金融机构产品服务单一、民间借贷缺乏有效引导和管理以及金融体系创新不足等六大特征;在此提出促进县域金融体系创新、改善县域金融结构、金融工具创新、引导民间金融的规范发展以及农村金融体系创新等五大解决手段。 In the western minority area of county financial service system in county financial institutions coverage rate is low,lagging behind the western ethnic area,county financial credit system serious outflow of funds,financial institutions,private lending products single service lacks of effective guidance and management and financial system innovation is insufficient and so on six big characteristics; put forward to promote the county financial system innovation,improve the the financial structure, financial tool innovation, guide the folk finance specification development and rural financial system innovation and so on five big solution.
