摘　　要： 随着知识的爆炸、技术的发展,终身化学习成为趋势,而怎样在浩瀚的知识海洋中去选择性地学习,是每一个在职场中奋斗的职场人必须面对的难题。学习路径图是目前企业培训界中新颖的培训工具,本文从典型的学习路径图出发,从职业发展的视角,构建一个多层的学习路径图体系,并举例解释其基本架构。 With the explosion of knowledge and technology, lifelong learning becomes the trend. How to learn selectively in the knowledge ocean is the problem that every person in career must face. Learning path is a new tool for enterprise training. This paper builds a multilayer learning path system based on the typical learning path form the perspective of career development, and gives an example to explain the basic architecture.
