摘　　要： 国土资源部正在建设全国土地登记信息动态查询系统,以现有的地籍管理信息系统及地籍数据库为基础,实时动态获取全国土地登记数据,实现土地登记信息的国家-省-市-县四级联。信息通过国土资源业务网传输,在确保省级国土资源业务网与电子政务外网进行物理隔离的基础上,满足国土资源业务网中土地登记信息安全系统与电子政务外网中土地登记信息管理信息及其他信息系统之间进行数据交换的业务需求。同时,对数据信息在数据交换过程中,保障数据信息的机密性、完整性和可用性。 Based on the existing cadastral management information system and cadastral database, as well as the real-time dynamic access to national land registration data, the Ministry of land and resources has beenin process of establishing the dynamic query system onnational land registration information in order to realize 4 levels of state, province, cities and counties of land registration information.Based on the physical isolation between the provincial network of land resources and the outside network on government's business, the information has been delivered through the business network of nation's land to meet the needs of data exchange between the security system of land registration information at the land resources network and the system of land registration information management at the network outside of e-government and other information systems. At the same time, the data information in the process of data exchange should be protected to ensure its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
