摘　　要： 周恩来在黄埔军校任政治部主任时 ,为制定和实施政治教育制度、激发学生官兵的政治热情、营造浓烈的革命气氛 ,做出了不可磨灭的贡献。 When Zhou Enlai was the director of the Political Department in Huangpu Military Academy, he made an everlasting contribution to the formulation and enforcement of the system of political education. He also aroused the student soldiers and officers' enthusiasm for political affairs and formed strong revolutionary atmosphere among them .Today, people who do political work are still enlightened by his educational thoughts, and use methods of them for reference.
