摘 要: 超声换能器(也称超声探头)是医疗超声设备的关键部件之一,其特性的好坏直接影响甚至会限制到整个设备的性能。随着压电材料和微机电系统(简称MEMS)技术的不断发展,尺寸小、质量轻、频带宽、高分辨率、高频率、高灵敏度将是医用超声换能器未来主要的发展方向。综述目前国内外高频医用超声换能器的应用发展状况,重点探讨了其国内外发展的现状差异和主要问题,并根据高频医用超声换能器的现状对其未来的发展趋势进行展望。 Ultrasonic transducer( also called ultrasonic probe) is one of the key components of medical ultrasound equipment,its characteristics of good or bad direct impact on the performance of even limited to the entire device. With the continuous development of piezoelectric materials and Micro-electromechanical Systems( MEMS) technology,small size,light quality,high frequency band,high resolution,high frequency,high sensitivity will be the future development of medical ultrasonic transducer. Summary of current domestic and international high-frequency medical ultrasound transducer application development,focusing on the main issues of their differences and the status of development at home and abroad,and prospects for its future development trend according to the status of high-frequency medical ultrasound transducer.
