摘 要: 本文通过课程组成员对微课建设的实践与思考,简要介绍一些前期工作:对微课的建设,需根据统一的课程教学目标与课程教学大纲的全局来考虑,对需要用及可以采用微课形式进行教学的知识点进行录制;微课建设中要贯穿新的教学理念,根据不同的教学内容采用我们在大学物理课堂教学方法改革中试行的启发式、探究式、讨论式、参与式4种方式;微课与微练习、微评价结合起来,学生才能更好地达到自主学习的目的;微课建设对青年教师教学能力要求很高,是一种提高青年教师的教学能力,促进青年教师良好发展的平台. In this paper, through the practice and thinking of the course group members on the construction of micro courses, some preliminary work is briefly introduced. For the construction of micro courses, according to the overall goal of curriculum teaching and the overall situation of curriculum teaching outline, we can record the knowledge point that needs to be used and can be used in the form of micro courses. The new teaching idea should be run through in the construction of the micro courses. According to the different teaching contents, we use the heuristic, inquiry, discussion and participation in four ways to reform the teaching methods of college physics. Micro course should be combined with the micro exercises and micro evaluation. Then students can achieve the purpose of autonomous learning better. The construction of micro courses requires a high teaching capacity of young teachers, It is a platform to improve the teaching capacity of young teachers and promote the development of young teachers.
