摘 要: 利用强化研磨精密加工方法的研磨原理,建立反映强化研磨工艺参数与工件表面粗糙度关系的研磨机理物理模型。对喷头移动速度等强化研磨工艺参数,采用控制变量法进行试验。结果显示:喷头移动速度对工件表面粗糙度影响明显,加工后的工件表面粗糙度可达到1.5-1.8μm。 The grinding theory of the strengthening and polishing precision process was used to build a physical model of grinding mechanism aimed at reflecting the relationship between the grinding parameters and the surface roughness of the workpiece. Control variable method was used to wrok on strengthening grinding processing parameter such as nozzle movement speed. The result shows that the surface roughness of the workpiece is significantly affected by the moving speed of the nozzle,which can reach the 1. 5- 1. 8μm.
