摘　　要： 建立了电火花单脉冲加工的物理模型,利用有限元方法模拟了放电加工的电热过程,并对放电后电极与工件的温度场进行了分析,同时探讨了在电火花加工理论研究中引入有限元法的意义. A physical model of electrical discharge process in EDM has been established. By the use of finite element technique, the thermoelectric process of EDM is simulated and the temperature fields on the workpiece and the electrode are analyzed.
