摘　　要： 城中村改造是一项综合的系统工程,而村民满意度是衡量其改造效果的主要标尺。文章基于郑州市1 425份城中村村民的调查样本数据,采用因子分析和计量模型,从村民满意度的视角对郑州市城中村的改造效果进行评价,分析得出:村民对城中村改造的整体评价为"一般",其中对居住环境的满意度最高,对社会保障和收入状况的满意度次之,对就业安置的满意度最低;从影响因素的显著性看,对总体满意度影响最为显著的因素是居住环境和就业安置,其次是社会保障,最不显著的是收入状况。此外,村民的性别、年龄和所受的教育水平等个性化特征对满意度也存在影响。通过此次研究,希望能为城中村改造计划的顺利实施以及实现村民向市民的转化提供有益借鉴。 The reconstruction of urban villages is complex system engineering, and the villagers' satisfaction is the important measure of urban village reform success. This article is based on the sample dates of 1425 villagers and researches the degree of villagers' satisfaction and the infl uencing factors. It comes to the conclusion: The sample of the villagers feel generally about the reconstruction of urban villages at present. Among the impact factors, working placement is the most unsatisfi ed be followed with social security and income level while living environment is the most satisfi ed for them. The study also found there are signifi cant differences in the villagers satisfaction among different villagers. This study has reference function not only on villagers citizenization but also urbanization in China.
