摘　　要： 风险及风险治理是公共管理学科中一个重要研究方向,在国际学界经历了长期发展演化,其许多成果对国内有显著影响。本文以美国社会科学引文索引库(SSCI)作为数据来源,以1965年至2013年共1226篇期刊文献为样本,采用文献计量共词分析及社会网络SNA等可视化技术,绘制近50年来国际社会风险及风险治理研究的知识图谱,进一步根据图谱的导引,挖掘提炼出研究的六大概念主题:发展与风险、风险感知研究、灾害、减灾与应急管理、恐怖主义与国家安全、政府风险管理与政策创新、风险评估分析。纵向来看,主题研究内容及方法紧随时代脉搏呈现出发展变化、多学科交叉融合的整体趋向,并不断形成了一些新的研究热点。把握总体,系统集成风险治理、国家与社会力量全方位融合或将成为未来研究的主要特征。 The objective of this paper is to reveal the research status of risk&risk governance in the public administration field by examining the central themes.An empirical bibliometric co-word analysis,involving 1226 periodical literatures from Social Sciences Citation Index(SSCI),was conducted.Under the guidance of SNA knowledge mapping and clustering analysis of high frequency keywords,six main research themes are concluded:development&risk;risk perception;disaster reduction&emergency management;terrorism&national security;government risk governance&policy innovation;risk assessment analysis.From longitudinal time sequence,the theme contents and research methodology of risk&risk governance show trends of constant changing as well as overall multi-disciplinary integration,as could provide valuable enlightenments for China.The results also suggest that possible adoption of foreign theoretic research should fully consider indigenous environment and 'China Element' could be a potential platform for international risk governance research.The key limitations of the study comes from bibliometric software that it extracts key words on standard of 'Threshold Value',which might make certain word exclude from within.Another limitation arises from the Hierarchical Clustering method applied in the theme extraction,and ought to lead more comparative analysis tool.The knowledge mapping drawn by clustering and social network analysis can assist academic researchers in properly identifying systematic track of risk&risk governance for global public administration perspective.The theme discussions centering on key points can also cast enlightenments to support indigenous research for developing practical path of Chinese characteristics.Expanding the previous research scope by examining risk&risk governance in the global perspective from SSCI literature data of approximate 50 years,this study draw on the co-occurrence bibliometric approach to posit a series of research themes presented in the visualization way,and puts forward critical v
