摘　　要： 中国纺织工业面临发达国家在产业链高端、发展中国家在产业链低端的双重竞争。供应链作为一个上下游整合的系统,结构复杂,所处环境多样,存在风险。尤其是近几年供应链风险有加剧的趋势,如质量风险、金融风险、合作风险等。从金融、市场、政策等各个角度研究了纺织服装供应链存在的风险,并对如何进行风险应对与回避做了相关的研究和阐述。 Chinese textile industry faces dual competition from the developed countries in the chain high-end and developing countries in the chain low-end. Supply chain as an integration system of upstream and downstream,the structure is complex,the environment is diverse and has risks. Especially in recent years,trends of supply chain risks are intensified,such as quality risk,financial risk,cooperation risk,etc. Textile and apparel supply chain risk and how to deal with the risk were studied from various angles such as financial,market and policy.
