摘 要: 湖南永州九鼎·印象瑶都项目基坑南侧、北侧的支护设计,成功利用柱板式钢筋混凝土挡土墙加腰梁的设计,解决了在原有埋深的挡土墙边开挖基坑的支护难题,并通过对周边建筑物、坑顶水平与竖直沉降的持续监测,建立了有效的基坑变形预警系统,采取了有效应对喀斯特地貌基坑问题的措施,指导基坑围护,从而保证了基坑在喀斯特复杂地貌下的安全。 The supporting design,which is on north and south foundation pits of Yongzhou jiuding· impression Yaodu project,in Hunan Province,solved the difficult supporting problem of foundation pit excavation at the edge of the original buried depth of retaining wall,through the successful use of the design on column plate reinforced concrete retaining wall and waist beam. And,a effective deformation warning system was built on continuous monitoring of horizontal and the vertical settlement for surrounding buildings,top of the pit. Also,some measures were applied to deal with Karst geomorphic foundation problem,and direct excavation maintenance,which ensure the safety of foundation pit under the complex landform of Karst.
