摘　　要： 我国建设监理行业发展的核心问题是提高企业创造价值的能力,知识管理是实现这一目标的有效手段。传统的建设监理知识分类方法不能满足建设监理信息化的要求,基于知识管理视角,可将建设监理知识划分为专业知识、程序知识、行规知识、经验知识,从而更好地了解建设监理知识的属性和知识分布情况。 since the key problem in the development of construction supervision industry in China is to improve the enterprise's ability to create value, knowledge management is the effective means to achieve this goal. Construction supervision knowledge of traditional classification methods can not meet the construction supervision information requirements, from the perspective of knowledge management based on knowledge classification, the construction supervision for professional knowledge, procedural knowledge, practice knowledge, experience and knowledge, in order to better understand the construction supervision attribute of knowledge and knowledge of the distribution.
