摘 要: 对等离子喷涂热障涂层热震失效和高温氧化失效机理进行了研究.结果表明,热障涂层具 有良好的抗热震性;ZrO2与基体间热膨胀系数的差异所产生的热应力是热震失效的主要原因;在 NiCrAlY与ZrO2的界面生成氧化物是高温氧化失效的主要原因. The mechanisms of thermal shock and high temperature oxidation for TBCs by plasma spraying have been studied. The results show that the TBCs possesses the well thermal shok resistance and the main cause of the thermal shock failure is the thermal stress caused by the thermal expansion coefficient difference between the ZrO2 coating and the substrate , the main cause of the high temperature oxidation failure is the oxide forming on the interface NiCrAlY and ZrO2.
