核电厂隔震结构的振动台试验研究

摘  要: 将基础隔震技术应用于核电厂的设计和建造,不仅可以实现上部结构和内部设备、管道的标准化设计,缩短设计和建造周期,提高核电厂建设的经济性,而且可以提高结构的抗震裕度,有效抵抗超过设防烈度的地震动。为此,该文分别采用传统橡胶隔震支座和厚层橡胶隔震支座,制作传统水平基础隔震模型和三维基础隔震模型,结合油阻尼器控制核电厂结构的地震响应。通过振动台试验和数值模拟,对比了隔震模型和非隔震模型在时域和频域的地震响应。研究表明,在水平方向,两种隔震结构的水平加速度相对于非隔震结构均可以降低约50%;在竖直方向,三维隔震结构的楼层反应谱峰值向低频2Hz^3Hz移动,避开了设备和管道的主频率范围10Hz^20Hz,即可以实现设备和管道的竖向隔震。同时,试验和分析均证明对隔震层附加约为15%的水平阻尼比,可以有效降低结构的地震响应,并使水平楼层反应谱峰值减小约50%。 Base isolation technique is able to standardize the seismic design of nuclear power plants, shorten design and construction period and improve economic benefits. Moreover, it provides nuclear power plants a larger seismic margin to protect structures and facilities from potential huge earthquakes. Two types of rubber-based isolators, namely traditional horizontal isolators and three-dimensional isolators, were employed to design and construct shaking table models of base-isolated nuclear power plants, together with oil dampers installed in the base isolation layer. Through the shaking table tests and numerical simulations, the response comparison in both time-domain and frequency-domain reveals that the peak of horizontal acceleration is suppressed by 50% for both isolated models than the one without isolation; the dominated frequency of three-dimensionally base-isolated model shifts to lower frequency of 2Hz^3Hz, thus avoiding the resonant of facilities and pipes with dominant frequencies ranging from 10 to 20 Hz. Meanwhile, both experiment and calculation verify that 15% additional horizontal damping to the isolation layer is able to effectively suppress the structural response, and reduce the peak of horizontal floor spectrum by about 50%.
