摘　　要： 广东广电网络结合广电网络入户和视频广播的优势,提出了以网关终结传统广电业务属性,在家庭域以OTT方式覆盖所有家庭智能设备,延伸广电网络业务的创新思路。不仅借助智能终端解决业务集成和用户的体验问题,并延长了广电用户终端的生命周期,为广电网络公司终端规划发展指明了新的方向。 Combined with advantage of cable and video broadcast,Guangdong Cable Corporation Limited(GCCL) proposes to use gateway to end traditional cable services.The innovation is to cover all family intelligent terminals in OTT way to extend cable traditional video services. The cable gateway can simplify business integration and boost customer experience depending on intelligent terminal. And the life cycle of the cable gateway will be longer than the cable traditional terminal. The research and application on the cable gateway will point out a new direction for the development of cable terminal.
