摘　　要： 20世纪80年代以来中国外交进行了重大的具有实质意义的战略调整。对时代主题认识的转变是对外战略调整的重要依据;国内工作重心的确立是对外战略调整的出发点;对国际战略力量划分的科学认识是对外政策调整的认识基础。超越意识形态的全方位外交,独立自主的不结盟外交政策,务实的外交风格则是此次对外战略调整的实质内容。 Since 1980s,there has been a major strategic readjustment of substantia l significance in China's diplomacy.The change in t he understanding of the epoch theme was the foundation of this readjustment,the establishment of the domestic work focus was its starting point,the scientific awareness of the division of international strategic forces was the cogn itive basis of that of the foreign policy while the essential contents of the readjustment chiefly represe nt them in the all -dimensioned diplomacy transcending ideology,i ndependent and self -reliant non -alignment diplomatic policy and down -to -earth diplomatic style,etc.
