摘　　要： 从全球产业结构调整的基本趋势来看,农业比重逐步下降,工业和制造业比重有升有降,服务业比重呈上升趋势。在世界各国纷纷加快产业结构调整步伐的背景下,中国产业结构调整的紧迫感越来越大。我国产业结构优化的基本目标是:通过将传统产业的改造和信息产业等高新技术产业的发展有机地结合起来,在加快我国工业化进程的同时,提高我国经济与社会发展的信息化程度,使我国整个产业结构不仅实现不同产业部门之间的比例关系的协调,更重要的是推动产业结构的质的变化,即从低级化状态向高级化状态转变。而促进产业结构的转型和升级,客观上离不开政府财政的支持。 Viewing from the basic trend of world industria l structure adjustment,p roportion of agriculture decreases,industry and manafacture rises in some while decreases in others,but sevice industry rises steadily.When other countries quic ken their steps of structure adjustment,China is pressed to follow the trend.Our basic aim:combining the traditional industry transformation with sophisticated information industry;speeding up industrialization at the same time;improving th e extent of information in economic and social development;enabling the whole md ustrial structure to realise collaboration among different departmenta;and enhan cing the industrial structure to transform from lowgrade to upgrade.But all thes e rely on financial support from government.
