摘　　要： 由于其安全性及高效性,产朊假丝酵母表达系统受到越来越广泛的重视。该酵母具有以下特点:严格好气的条件下生长不会产生乙醇、发酵密度高、在廉价的糖蜜中能生长。本文详细介绍了该系统的生物学特点、转化方法和应用前景。 Because of its safety and efficiently,Candida utilis express system is suffered more and more extensive at-tention.It also has the following characteristics:it doesn't produce ethanol in strict aerobic culture;has large-scale production of cells and assimilates cheap sugar molasses.This text is detailed to introduce the biology characteristics of this system,conversion method and apply foreground.
