摘 要: 人因失误已成为复杂系统最主要的事故源之一,而人误分析技术存在着缺乏一致性和使用困难等问题。本文将故障模式、影响与严重度分析方法进行人因特征化改造,提出人误模式、影响与严重度分析方法,规范化地分析人因失误的故障模式与影响、根本原因及严重度和相应的人因失误防范策略。 Human error has become one of the leading factors in the failure of complicated systems. And the technique of human error analysis lacks consistency and is difficult to use. The essay reshapes the analysis of error mode into human characteristics. It proposes a method of analyzing human error on the basis of failure mode, effect and criticality analysis, root cause, and criticality to form corresponding precautionary and prevention strategies.
