摘　　要： 介绍了用化学还原法生产电子元件用高纯超细球形银粉的车间生产工艺及其生产设备特点,探讨了影响银粉形貌的各个因素。用本工艺与设备批量生产的银粉完全符合电子元件的使用要求。 The process and equipment applied to producing silver powder in mass is introduced. It's discussed that what will influence on quality of the silver powder. The silver powder produced here can be used to making electronic elements.
