摘 要: 探讨了锌、铅、铜等16种微量元素对谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)-邻苯二甲醛(o-ph thaldialdehyde,OPA)体系荧光强度的影响.结果表明,Zn2+与GSH的摩尔比率为2时,对该荧光体系有最大增强作用;而其他微量元素对该荧光体系有不同程度的淬灭作用.借助Zn2+对GSH的荧光增强作用,将可建立高灵敏度的GSH的定量测定方法. The use of metal ions for the fluorescence enhancement of glutathione was investigated, with respects to zinc, plumbum, copper and lanthanide metal ions. It was found that zinc salt increased fluorescence intensity of glutathione. The fluorescence enhancement reached its maximum when mole ratio of zinc ion to glutathione was 2. Other metal ions listed above weaken the fluorescence of glutathione. This fluorescent enhancement, may be utilized for determination of glutathione with greater intensity and more selectivity.
