摘　　要： 利用亚纯函数的Nevanlinna值分布理论的方法 ,得到了有关一般复代数微分方程的Malmquist型定理 .即 :如果一般复微方程存在代数体允许解 ,则我们可知道该方程的形状 . The main purpose of this paper is to mske use of Nevanlinna theory of the value distribution of meromorphic functions and methods and to obtain a result concering Malmquist-type theorem on complex generalizal equation exists an admissible algebroid solution,then we can know that form of the differential equation.
