摘 要: 借助计算流体商业软件NUMECA和预处理方法 ,对某厂 2 15 9mmPDC钻头采用结构化网格模型 ,由计算机模拟了钻头井下旋转射流流场 (A、B、C、D、E、F等 6个区域 ) ,并分析了流场的形成过程和主要特征。分析研究表明 ,现有PDC钻头井下流场出现了滞流和回流 ,这是钻井过程中产生“泥包钻头”的重要原因。另外 ,通过显示不同设计情况下对钻头流场总能量损失的影响 。 By using CFD software NUMECA and preprocessing method, a structural meshed model of 215.9 mm diameter PDC drill bit is developed, and bottom hole rotary flow field of the bit is simulated, and the forming process and characteristics of the flow field are analyzed. The research shows that relarded flow and back flow areas, which may lead to bit balling during the drilling process, are found in the flow field of the existing PDC drill bit. Influences of various design parameters on total energy loss of flow field are analyzed to illuminate the importance of hydraulics design.
