摘 要: 将妊娠17d山羊子宫内膜淋巴细胞(EML)放入含不同剂量PHA-P,CD58和雌酮的介质中进行体外培养,并分别用生物学方法和双抗体夹心ELISA法测定培养上清液中IL-2和IL-4的水平。结果表明,CD58和雌酮处理组EML分泌的IL-2水平低,与细胞对照组差异不显著,并显著低于PHA-P处理组。3个浓度CD58处理组IL-4分泌水平高达5.40~6.36ng/mL,高浓度雌酮处理组IL-4分泌量也达到4.77ng/mL,与细胞对照组差异均极显著,而且CD58能以剂量依赖方式促进EML对IL-4的分泌。 Endometrial lymphocytes (EMLs) of pregnant goat (17 d) were cultured in vitro respectively in media containing PHAP,CD58 and estrone at different doses.Then IL2 and IL4 in medium supernatants were measured respectively with biological method and doubleantibody ELISA.The results showed that EMLs treated with CD58 and estrone secreted IL2 at low level are insignificantly different from that of control cell group and significantly lower than that of EMLs treated with PHAP.The EMLs treated with CD58 in three concentrations dosedependently produced 5.40-6.36 ng/mL of IL4 and those with estrone at higher dose produced 4.77 ng/mL of IL4,all significantly higher than that of control cell group.
