摘 要: 通过问卷调查 ,对凌文辁等提出的中国员工组织承诺的结构模型进行再检验 .研究结果再次体现了 5因素的承诺结构模型 ,同时也显示 ,“中国员工组织承诺问卷”需要进行修订 . The structure model of Chinese employee's organizational commitment developed by Ling Wen-quan was retested on the basis of questionnaire investigation. The five factors commitment structure model was showed again in the result. However, the 'Questionnaire of Chinese Employee's Organizational Commitment' still needs revision.
