摘 要: 对在粤 40家日系企业的 2 5 2 9名中国员工的收入现状及他们对收入满意度进行调查 ,结果显示 :在粤日系企业中国员工收入偏低 ,其原因主要有 4个 :①年功序列制的影响 ;②市场占有率扩大主义的影响 ;③控制工资增长率 ;④本地化程度低 . We made a survey of about 2 529 Chinese employees working in 40 Japanese companies in Guangdong Province,investigating their income and evaluation on their income. As the result shows, the Chinese employees in Japanese companies get lower salary, and they are dissatisfied with their income. We analyse that there are four reasons which influence the salary of Chinese employees. ①seniority-age salary system;②market extending policy;③controlling the salary increase;④local management.
