摘 要: 低温胁迫下 ,广东 2号香蕉品种和巴西香蕉品种Williams的叶绿素 (Chla)荧光动力学参量FⅤ/Fm、ΔFⅤ/T以及williams品种的FIV/FⅤ 均呈下降趋势 ,两个品种的荧光上升半时间T1 / 2 及广东 2号的FIV/FⅤ 呈上升趋势 其中 ,Williams的FⅤ/Fm、ΔFⅤ/T和T1 / 2的变化幅度小于广东 2号 ,表明低温胁迫通过抑制光合电子传递速度和PSⅡ无活性中心含量的提高使香蕉叶片PSⅡ原初光能转换效率下降 ,相同低温对广东 2号的影响大于对Williams的影响 FⅤ/Fm Under low temperature stress,chlorophyll fluorescence dynamic parameters F Ⅴ/F m?ΔF Ⅴ/T of banana varieties Guangdong NO.2 and Williams decrease with the stress time.F VI/F Ⅴ of banana variety Williams decreases too.T 1/2 of both varieties and F VI/F Ⅴ of Guangdong NO.2 increase with the stress time.These results show that low temperature leads to the decrease of maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ in leaf of banana through inhibiting electron transportation of photosynthesis and increasing relative content of inactive PSⅡ rection center.The effect of low temperature on Guangdong NO.2 is larger than Williams.F Ⅴ/F m and ΔF Ⅴ/T can be used to evaluate chilling resistance of banana seedling.
