摘 要: 在对金刚石框架锯锯切加工动力学和锯切破碎机理模型的研究基础上 ,通过金刚石锯条切削石材的实验 ,测量并分析了金刚石框架锯锯切加工石材时的切削力特征以及切削力与进给速度、石材种类、金刚石结块性能、金刚石结块分布距离等因素的关系 ,提供了几种石材的切削力值 。 On the basis of the previous study on cutting process and segment cutting force, the cutting forces of frame sawing with diamond blade are discussed by means of series tests. The characteristics of the cutting forces show similar results to that of single segment cutting. The average vertical cutting force of the segments on the blade is 40~80N. The maximum cutting forces of a diamond blade is about 3.5 kN when the cutting feed is 30cm/h and the blade is of 3 m length and welded with 30 segments. The cutting forces of diamond blade depend on the cutting feed, cutting speed, the distribution of segments on blade and the performance of diamond segments and stone.
