摘 要: 研制了一种基于DSP的电阻点焊检测与控制系统 .在软、硬件设计中分别采用了抗干扰技术 ,保证了系统的可靠性 .误差分析和工艺试验表明 。 A detection and control system of resistance spot welding based on DSP is developed. Anti_interfering technology is applied in the design of software and hardware, so the stability of the system is ensured. Error analysis and engineering testing have varified the precision and stability of the system.
