摘　　要： 文章利用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对河南高新区发展水平进行了评价 ,获得 3个主要结论。其一 ,河南高新区按照发展水平可分为 3类。郑州和洛阳高新区为第一类 ,发展水平最高。濮阳、新乡和漯河高新区为第二类 ,发展水平次之。开封、南阳、安阳、驻马店和平顶山高新区为第三类 ,发展水平居后。而且 ,郑州和洛阳高新区的发展水平远高于其它高新区。其二 ,各高新区均有其发展的优势和不足。其三 ,总体上 。 By using the principal component analysis and cluster analysis, this paper appraised the development levels of hi_tech industrial zones in Henan. There are three main conclusions: the first one is that hi_tech industrial zones in Henan can be classified into three types according to their development levels. Zhengzhou and Luoyang hi_tech industrial zones are belong to the first type whose development levels are the highest. Puyang, Xinxiang and Luohe hi_tech industrial zones are belong to the second type. Their development levels are middle. Kaifeng, Nanyang, Anyang, Zhumadian and Pingdingshang hi_tech industrial zones are the third type, the development levels of which are the lowest. The second conclusion is that each hi_tech industrial zone has its development advantages and disadvantages. The third is that in general, the hi_tech industrial zones in Henan are still in the primary stages of self_developments.
