摘　　要： 中医药专业是我国医学高等教育体系的重要组成部分,担负着为地方经济建设和国家卫生事业发展培养大批专业技术和管理人才的重任。近几年来,医学院校招生专业及招生规模不断扩大,尤其是西医类专业招生人数逐年增加,对中医药专业生源质量的冲击越来越大。本文通过对南方医科大学中医药学院近3年的新生开展问卷调查,希冀通过实证的角度发现影响中医药专业生源质量的主要因素并进行归纳总结及分析,为中医药专业如何吸引优秀学生报考提供建议和意见。 Traditional Chinese medicine specialty is an important component of higher medical education system in our country;it has the responsibility to cultivate a large number of professional technical and management personnel for local economic construction and National Health Service.In recent years,the enrollment of medical school admissions,especially the Western Medicine,was increased,which is deeply affecting the traditional Chinese medicine professional quality of students.Through the questionnaire survey of nearly 3 years of freshmen in Southern Medical University School of Chinese medicine,we try to find the main factors influencing the quality of the students of Chinese medicine specialty and to analysis and summary,wishing to provide suggestions and opinions for traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy specialty referring to how to attract outstanding students.
