摘　　要： 钙粘素(cadherin)是细胞表面的糖蛋白,为细胞粘附分子(cell adhesion molecules,CAMs)超家族中的一员。钙粘素通过连接蛋白影响生物学过程,充当细胞内信使,从质膜向细胞核内传导信号,由此影响基因的转录来执行其功能。在配子发生、月经周期的组织修复、早期胚胎发育、着床、细胞凋亡等生殖过程中起着重要的作用。本文主要对其在生殖中的作用以及其表达的调控作一综述。 Cadherins are cell surface proteins that comprise a rapidly expanding superfamily of cell adherin molecules (CAMs). Cadherins influence biological processes via the catenins, which act as intracellular messengers, transmitting signals from the plasma memberane to the nucleus, thereby influencing gene transcription. They are involved in a wide variety of processes such as gametogenesis, tissue integrity during the menstrual cycle, early embryo development, embryo implantation, and apoptosis. Cadherin expression in reproductive tissues is regulated by steroid hormones.
