摘 要: 建立了大型管道试验装置 ,并对带有不同几何尺寸内部开孔缺陷的四种不锈钢和 2 0钢管进行了红外热成像检测试验。结果表明 ,红外热成像技术十分适用于检测高温压力管道内部腐蚀缺陷 。 A large testing installation was constructed and infrared thermographic testing experiments were performed for four kinds of stainless steel and carbon steel pipes with the inner surface holes of different sizes. Testing results showed that infrared thermography was a very suitable method for nondestructive detection of the corrosion pits and wall loss defects in high temperature pressure pipes. The sensitivity satisfied the requirements of safe operation of pipes.
