摘 要: 利用14C 同位素示踪技术,研究了几种重穗型杂交稻在低光强下的光合适应特性及其生理机制。结果表明:遮光14d处理导致重穗型杂交稻生物、经济产量和14C 光合生产能力明显下降,下降的幅度因品种而异,重穗型杂交稻"特优124"与"汕优63"下降的幅度小,且受低光强处理后的光合恢复能力强,属耐荫性类型;重穗型杂交稻"Ⅱ优162"、"两优培九"则相反,属不耐荫类型;"粤优938"介于上述两种类型之间。产量构成因素的分析结果表明,遮光处理易引起重穗型杂交稻Ⅱ优162、两优培九结实率低和籽粒充实度不饱满现象的发生。对低光强下的叶片叶绿素含量及组分的分析表明,特优124和汕优63的叶绿素b含量有所增加,而Ⅱ优162和两优培九的叶绿素b/a值则有较大程度的下降。 The characteristics of photosynthetic adapatation and physiologic mechanisms of heavy ear hybrid rice combinations under shading treatment were studied by using 14Cisotope tracer techniques.Dry matter weight of plant,grain yield and 14Cassimilate in heavy ear hybrid rice combinations decreased sharply owing to 14 d shading treatment.'Teyou 124'and 'Shanyou 63'had more stable abilities to produce dry matter of plant,grain yield and 14Cassimilate under shading treatment and strong abilities to recover its photosynthetic rate after shading treatment, and were identified as a shade tolerant type'Eryou 162'and'Liangyoupeijiu',on the opposite side, were considered as a shade sensitive type'Yueyou 938'was a type between shade tolerant and sensitive. Shading treatment resulted in low seed setting rate and nonfull grain filling in Eryou 162 and Liangyoupeijiu based on analysis of the yield constituents. The content of chlorophyll b and the ratio of chlorophyll b/a reduced significantly under shading treatment in Eryou 162 and Liangyoupeijiu as compared with those in Teyou 124 and Shanyou 63.
