摘 要: 就模拟酸雨对 6种园林植物损伤的形态和生理指标的变化及处理前后新梢的生长比率进行了研究 .结果表明 ,不同pH酸雨对 6种园林植物新梢生长有不同程度的抑制 ,酸雨的酸度越强 ,对园林植物的伤害越大 .随模拟酸雨强度的加强 ,6种园林植物叶片叶绿素的含量逐渐下降 ,叶片的细胞质膜透性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量升高 .pH 2 0的模拟酸雨对叶片伤害最为明显 .pH 4 0时 ,伤害较为轻微 .但不同种类植物之间对酸雨的抗性有明显差异 .它们的抗性强弱顺序为扶桑 (Hibiscusrosa -sinensisL .)、海棠花 (Malusspectabilis (Ait.)Borkh .)、细叶榕 (Ficusmicor carpaL .f.)、灰莉 (FagraeaceilanicaThunb .)、福建茶 (CarmonamicrophyllaL .)、九里香 (Murrayaexot icaL .) . The effects of simulated acid rain on the growth and physiologic reactions of six garden plants were studied. The results showed that under acid rain stress,all the six garden plants branch growth were inhibited,the damage index increased as the pH of acid rain reduced,the content of MDA and POD activity and electric conductivity of leaves increased but the chlorophyll content was reduced,the lower acid rain's pH, the stronger physiologic reaction was. When the acid rain's pH was 2 0, the damage was manifest, and when the acid rain's pH was 4 0, the damage was slight. Under the same acid rain condition there were different reactions among the six garden plants, Hibiscus rosa sinensis L. was with the strongest resistance and Murraya exotica L. was with the weakest resistance.
