摘 要: 发展新型能源系统是实现能源可持续发展的必要保障,包括系统性、创新性和可持续性三方面内涵。分布式能源系统是一种典型的新型能源系统,与常规集中式供能系统的有机结合,是未来能源系统的发展方向。文章阐述了分布式能源系统在美国、日本、欧洲、中国等主要国家和地区的发展现状及趋势,阐明燃气及多能互补的分布式能源等新型能源系统的重要发展方向,提出发展以分布式能源、可再生能源为代表的新型能源系统,是完善我国能源可持续发展体系,抢占能源技术革命制高点的国家战略需求。 The novel energy system is the key to ensure the energy sustainable development,containing of systematicness,innovation and sustainability.The integration between conventional centralized energy system and distributed energy system which is a typical novel system will be the promising direction in the future.This article illustrates the current situation and trend of distributed energy system in U.S.,Japan,Europe and China,and also analyses that gas-fired hybrid distributed energy system is the important development direction of the novel energy systems.It also proposes that the development of novel energy system represented by distributed energy and renewable energy is national strategic demand for improving the sustainable development of China's energy system and seizing the commanding heights of energy technology revolution.
