摘 要: 本文提出一种电液伺服阀故障模糊综合评判方法 ,其基本依据是 :当故障 yi 出现时常出现症状 xj,且当症状 xj出现时常出现故障 yi,则故障 yi 发生的可能性大。本文提出一种基于故障 -症状实际关系的学习方法。将对象实际的故障 -症状因果关系 r的数据加入到 R中去 ,对 R进行修正 ,使 R逐步符合实际情况。本文列举轧机 D761型电液伺服阀模糊诊断。 A kind of Fussy synthesis judging model for electronic hydraulics servo valve fault diagnosis has been brought forward in this paper.It is based on this principle:if the fault y\-i happens,it is accompanied with symptom x\-j frequently;meanwhile,if the symptom x\-j happens,it is accompanied often with fault y\-i . The relationship between y\-i and x\-j is consanguineous.The learning method based on real relationship between fault and symptom has been put forward in this paper.The data on object real relationship between fault and symptom r will be added into R and, therefore, R be modified,so that R can tally with real condition gradually.A typical example of type D761 electronic hydraulics servo valve fussy diagnosis, learning and program in roll mill is mentioned to prove the correctness and practicability of this model.
