摘　　要： 运用体育学、保健学和心理学等学科理论知识和文献资料分析比较等研究方法 ,研究学校体育对大学生心理健康的积极影响与效应 ,认为学校体育能有效地调节学生身心矛盾 ,增进学生心理健康 。 By using the method of documentary and questionnaire and education experiment, The authors studies the physical education at school implementing mentality health education condition;and probes into the effect of sports activities to university students mental health education.
