摘　　要： 本文从大学教育的“生态化”探讨学校合并与并入中人事、财务、专业调整、科研等管理界面的融合。引入生态系统和动态平衡的理念 。 This article deals with the college merging and the fusion of managing interface about the management of personnel,finance,speciality adjustment and scientific research,which is stated in the eyes of ecosystem of higher education.The ideas of ecosystem and dynamic equilibrums are introduced in this article.The developing route of college merging is put forward here:adjustment→equilibriums→development
