摘 要: 首次引入时温等效原理和松弛理论 ,在恒温条件下研究了材料电阻率与时间的关系 ,在此实验结果的基础上对PTC/NTC的形成过程及机理提出了新的观点 。 Principle of time temperature equivalent and relaxation theory are introduced firstly, relation of resistivity of the composite and time at constant temperature is investigated. On the basis of experimental results a new viewpoint about forming process and mechanism of PTC/ NTC, which can give more complete and reasonable explanation for the experimental phenomena, is put forward.
