摘 要: 合成了对二氨基偶氮苯 ( DAAB) ,用甲苯二异氰酸酯 ( TDI)、二缩三乙二醇 ( TEG)、DAAB为硬段 ,以聚乙二醇 2 0 0 0为软段 ,采用溶液二步法合成了聚氨酯。用 UV、IR、1H- NMR确证了 DAAB的组成和结构 ;用 UV、IR、TG表征了偶氮聚氨酯的结构和热性能 ; p-diaminoazobenzene was synthesised and the construction was measured using UV, FT-IR, 1H-NMR. Using TDI, TEG, DAAB as hard segment and PEG-2000 as soft-segment, aromatic azo-containing polyurethanes were synthesised by solution two-step method. Azo-containing polyurethanes were measured UV, FT-IR and TG. λ max of DAAB in UV is 400 nm, but λ max of azo-containing polyurethanes is 388 nm after the rection of amino groups in DAAB with isocyano groups in TDI. The thermo gravimetry experiment of polyurethanes indicated that azopolyurethanes have two process of thermo degradation, the first is degradation of the hard segment and the second is degradation of the soft segment. Equilibrium swelling ratio of aspolyurethane increases with content of PEG in azopolyurethanes.
