摘 要: 采用超声波技术对膨润土进行有机改性 ,研究不同的超声波工艺条件对改性结果的影响 ;将改性膨润土与NBR胶乳共沉制得纳米复合材料 ,并对其结构与性能进行探讨。试验结果表明 ,65 0W× 3 0min超声波辐射条件是一个较好的工艺条件 ;制得的复合材料为插层型纳米复合材料 。 The bentonite was modified with ultrasonic wave and the influence of different ultrasonic technologies on the modifying effect was investigated.A nano composite was prepared by the coprecipitation of the modified bentonite and NBR latex,and the structure and properties of the composite were discussed.The results showed that a nano bentonite/NBR latex composite with better physical properties was obtained by modifying the bentonite with 650 W×30 min ultrasonic wave.
