摘 要: 用直接共混法制备了聚酯聚氨酯 /纳米SiO2 复合涂料。用傅里叶红外光谱 (FTIR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、摆杆硬度计、扫描探针显微镜、拉力机和紫外可见光谱仪分别表征了纳米复合涂膜的化学结构及形态、力学性能和光学性能。实验证实 ,大部分纳米SiO2 粒子能以纳米级分散在聚酯聚氨酯涂膜中 。 A polyester polyurethane/Nano-SiO 2 compound coatings has been prepared by use of direct blending method,which is characte rized with FTIR,TEM,pendulum hardness tester,electronic scanning probe microscope,instron,and UV-VIS spectrometer for the chemical structure,mechanical and optical properties of the film.It has shown,experimentally,that most of the nano-SiO 2 are dispersed in the coatings film as Nano-particles.The influence of incorporation level on the performance of compound coatings film was discussed.
