摘 要: 摘要:基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,利用其前处理中的实体造型和网格划分功能及其内部开发语言(APDL和UIDL),对三维复杂槽型铣刀片进行了参数化建模及网格划分,为后期的温度场、应力场的有限元分析和槽型优选做好了准备. Abstract: Based on finite element analysis software-ANSYS, parametric modeling and mesh generation of three ?dimensional complex groove milling insert is formated by ANSYS' modeling function in preprocessor and ANSYS' inner developing tools (ANSYS Parametric Design Language, APDL and User Interface Design Language, UIDL), which is prepared for next finite element analysis of the temperature field and the stress field and the optimization of three-dimensional groove.
