摘　　要： 通过对广州大学城学生的实证调研研究发现,大学生兼职的目的是物质文化需要与职场文化发展需求,对学习和提升就业竞争力有一定帮助。大学生需要在兼顾学习和积累经验中做好协调,做好安全保护和权益维护。大学生应该自觉接受优秀传统文化和社会主义核心价值观文化的熏陶,树立正确的成功文化观念。学校应该营造良好的校园文化氛围,倡导健康向上的高雅文化。政府和社会应该弘扬勤劳致富等主流文化风气,优化依法办事的法治文化环境,为大学生兼职和成长服务。 An empirical study of university students’part-time job situation in Guangzhou Higher Education MegaCenter finds that students take part-time job out of material needs,cultural needs,and personal growth needs for lateremployment.The authors hold that students should keep balance between academic task and part-time job,and knowhow to deal with personal security and labor rights.Students are also supposed to learn traditional culture and theSocialist core values,build healthy campus culture,and obtain elegant taste.Governments at various levels and thewhole society should uphold the mainstream cultural values such as diligence and law-keeping.
